Our delivery service is Australia Wide with Standard and Express* shipping through Australia Post. For all orders over $100; we offer FREE standard delivery to your door. These options will be offered to you at the Check Out. *additional charges apply. All prices AUD

We believe ONE size does not fit all.

We offer 8 different sizes for well-rounded dogs like our Jack, and 4 sizes for your Great Dane*. Our size charts have been specifically designed to help you you’re your prefect measurement. These can be found when you click your desired design.

You will need to take 3 measurements (cm); Length, Chest/Girth, and Neck.

Taking the chest measurement as priority will give you the best results for sizing. If the chest fits, the length and neck will also fit.

*average difference between sizes is 3cm (both well-rounded and Great Dane measurements).

We get it if you change your mind or its not quite right. Customer and pooch satisfaction are our priority. Returns are paid by you and accepted within 14 days from your delivery receiving date. The item(s) must be in new and unused condition.

Should you wish to return your product, please email us at woofwoof@theelephantdog.com, with your proof or purchase and we will send you a return form to fill out. Once we receive the form back, you will be given the final instructions to being the process.

Refunds will be applied back to your nominated bank account once we have received your return parcel. For full refund and return information, please see our Returns Policy. If your product is faulty/damaged, please email us and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement.

Unfortunately, The Elephant Dog is online only. Once you have made your purchase, we do aim to dispatch your items within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on what service you have chosen at the checkout.

We want things to be simple too.

Once your order has been dispatched through Australia Post, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The same email will contain a link for you to follow the scent of your delivery.

Privacy is important to us and we want you to feel secure when purchasing through The Elephant Dog. We are supported with Australia Posts own Secure Pay and Poli as our payment gateways. So that means that the details you provide are store and secure with Australia Post. For full details, visit our Privacy Policy.

Unfortunately, if you have entered the incorrect details and your order has already been shipped, this cannot be changed. The Elephant Dog takes no responsibility for the incorrect information that has been supplied to us.
